Makers Street - Lindsborg Art Walk

Lindsborg downtown studios, galleries and businesses host a monthly 2nd Friday Artwalk. Lindsborg has long been known as a center for working artists and craftsmen. During the Artwalk, Main Street will become "Makers Street" and is a chance for visitors to see art and craft makers' exhibits.

Jazz at the J.O.

J.O. Sundstrom Conference Center

The Jazz at the J.O. concert will be Friday night, October 13th, at 8:30 pm. Doors open at 8pm. Tickets are $20 and people are encouraged to buy a table for 8 if they wish to reserve seating for family and friends. The group is Anna Jalkéus' jazz group.

Coronado Heights Run

  • 15K
  • 5K
  • 2 mile walk
  • 1 mile Youth Fun Run

The 15K is composed of a flat, scenic country-road course with Coronado Heights hill (1 mile running distance up a circular, rugged road) at the heart of the race, this is a demanding course; please train accordingly. Aid stations (water) and split times will be provided throughout the course. The starting line will be at the intersection of Main and Lincoln streets (race will head north on main); the finish line will in close proximity to the starting line.

Mesner Puppet Theatre

Mesner Puppet Theater is a globally known professional puppet theatre company based in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to its local season of storytelling, the company tours nationally and performs regionally to more than 30,000 children and adults annually.
Mesner Puppet Theater performances are based on classic folk and fairytales with a contemporary, humorous twist. All puppets for performances are built in house. The shows are all family friendly and are appropriate for children and adults alike. Artistic Director Michael Horner serves as the principle puppeteer and puppet builder. In addition, MPT offers it’s Puppets in Education program providing workshops and summer camps.
